Move Like an Animal Gross Motor Skills

This activity is best for ages 3-8 years old.

Materials:

• Cardboard/small square box
• Printer paper/working printer
• Tape/Glue
• Crayons/Markers (optional)

Directions:

This activity is inspired by Littles Love Learning and you can find the template for this activity here. To begin the activity, simply print the animal templates for each side of the die. You have the choice of either printing the full color template or printing the black and white template and allowing your children to color in each animal accordingly.

Once your pages are colored, you can assemble the die by taping or gluing each animal to a side of the die. After assembly, you can each take turns throwing the die and moving according to which animal lands face up!
