Chad is a graduate of The George Washington University Master of Science Physician Assistant program in Washington, DC. Originally from Colorado, he currently makes his home in Renton. Chad has been with Proliance Orthopedic Associates since 2009 and primarily works with Dr. Shrivastava. He has 20 years of experience in orthopedics specializing in hand and upper extremity conditions. He enjoys spending time with his family and hiking with his dog.
